Welcome to FiveIt.Win (the "Site"), an online trivia game
operated by Mark Bufanio, a sole proprietorship located in Pennsylvania,
United States (LLC Pending) (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. There are no other age
restrictions, but users under 18 must have parental permission. By using
the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts
To access certain features (e.g., saving progress, participating in
leaderboards, or sharing scores), you may need to create an account using
an email address, username, and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree not to create multiple accounts or use the service in a way
that violates fair play (e.g., cheating, automated scoring, or sharing
accounts).
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole
discretion, including for suspected abuse, cheating, or violation of these
Terms.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that
does not infringe on others' rights or interfere with the Site's
operation.
Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to):
• Submitting false, misleading, or harmful answers/content.
• Harassing or abusing other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Site.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated means to play or submit answers.
User-submitted content is limited to text strings for answers and is
subject to our review. We may remove or modify any content at any time.
4. Leaderboards and Sharing
Leaderboards display scores publicly or among users. Sharing features
allow you to share scores or links via social media or other platforms.
• By using leaderboards or sharing, you consent to your username, score,
and related data being displayed.
• We are not responsible for how third parties (e.g., social media) use
shared information.
5. Intellectual Property (updated)
The Site, including all trivia questions, graphics, text, software, logos,
design, and other content (excluding your submitted answers), is owned by
Mark Bufanio and protected by United States copyright, trademark, and
other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy,
reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative
works without express written permission.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not
guarantee accuracy of trivia questions/answers, uninterrupted access, or
error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any
indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your
use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for
any reason, including suspected violations.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes
constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict
of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in
Pennsylvania.

If you believe that any content on FiveIt.Win infringes your copyright,
please send a written notice to:
